Learn sushi-making from a Japanese instructor, progressing step by step from preparing sushi rice and handling fresh local fish to shaping nigiri and maki rolls. No prior sushi-making experience is necessary. You'll also discover the history of sushi, dining etiquette, and proper chopstick technique. At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the sushi you've made alongside miso soup and green tea. The venue, "Restaurant Tsukimichi," won first place in the International Asia Restaurant category at the 2014 London Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. Located in the private membership space of Nishi-Nakasu, you'll experience Japan's traditional culture and cuisine in an elegant setting.
