Price

The price shown on each Experience page (Japanese Yen, tax included).

Due to exchange rates at the time of payment and card-issuer foreign-exchange fees, the actual charged amount on cards issued outside Japan may differ from the displayed amount.

Additional Costs

  • Communication fees (data usage for accessing the Service is the User's responsibility)
  • Transportation to the meeting point (not included in the experience price by default; see the individual Experience page)
  • Personal food, drink, and souvenir expenses during the experience (unless specifically noted otherwise on the Experience page)

Application Period

Until the booking deadline shown on each Experience page.

Service Delivery

The experience is provided on the date and time booked by the User, at the location designated by the relevant Organizer or Host. Specific date, time, and location are stated in the booking confirmation email.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments (processed by Square).

Supported card brands: Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover

Payment Timing

Payment is processed at the time of booking submission.

Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations by the User

Cancellation fees are governed by the individual cancellation policy set for each Experience. Before submitting a Booking, please review the cancellation terms stated on each Experience page. By completing a Booking, you are deemed to have agreed to that Experience's cancellation policy.

For reference, an example of the standard template that NOREN provides is shown below. Many Experiences follow this template; some may set different terms depending on the nature of the Experience.

The above is a reference depiction of the standard template; the actual applicable terms are those stated on each Experience page. High-fee tours, Experiences requiring preparation costs, private bookings with a participant cap, and similar offerings may have different earlier-deadline or stepwise-fee terms.

Cancellations by the Host or Organizer

If the Experience is cancelled at the discretion of the Host or Organizer, the User will, as a general rule, receive a full refund. Where a reschedule is feasible, arrangements will be made with the User's consent.

Cancellations Due to Force Majeure

If the Experience cannot be conducted due to weather, natural disaster, significant transportation disruption, infectious disease, or other force majeure, the handling follows the individual terms stated on each Experience page. Force-majeure response policies (full refund / reschedule / partial refund, etc.) vary by Host or Organizer, so please review each Experience page before submitting a Booking.

Refund Fees and Timing

Payment service provider fees, foreign-exchange differences, and remittance fees may be deducted from refunds. Refund completion may take time due to the processing periods of the payment service provider and the card issuer (typically 2 weeks to 2 months).

Disclaimer Regarding Experience Quality

The quality, content, and safety of each experience are provided at the responsibility of the relevant Organizer or Host. NOREN provides the booking platform; it is not itself the provider of the experiences.
