Establishments you won't find in any guidebook. From Hakata Station, walk to a neighborhood favorite where locals quietly spend their evenings. When you make your reservation, you'll select "the one thing most important to you for tonight," and your guide Miki will choose just one establishment for that evening based on your answer. Two full hours at a single establishment. You'll exchange words with the shop owner. Horse meat sashimi, goma-saba, seasonal sashimi, a final signature dish. Rather than rushing from place to place, this is time to settle in at one shop and savor the very atmosphere of that establishment. Don't worry if it's your first time at the shop. Whether you're traveling solo or as a couple, Miki will handle every small concern: "What should I order?" "How do I pay?" All those little uncertainties are Miki's responsibility. During your reservation, we'll also ask about ingredients you dislike or want to try, as well as your budget preferences. This isn't sightseeing—it's an evening spent like you're with a local friend.

Please gather in the plaza just outside Hakata Station's Hakata-guchi Exit. Miki will be waiting with a NOREN noren curtain (as a landmark).

Non-drinkers are welcome (non-alcoholic options available). Please inform us of any allergies or foods you dislike when booking. Vegetarian, halal, and other dietary restrictions require advance notice. We recommend having approximately ¥10,000 in cash on hand (some establishments accept cards, but cash is preferred at many). The experience operates rain or shine (covered route available).
