An international exchange fitness event where you can move your body while connecting with local Japanese residents of Fukuoka. The experience begins with participants getting to know each other, followed by a fitness session (the content changes each time), and ends with a time for stress relief and making new friends. Each session features different activities such as yoga, dance, kickboxing, and fitness, creating a space where participants can talk, laugh together, and enjoy the experience. Whether you're a beginner or attending solo, all are warmly welcome. This is an opportunity to connect with people from Fukuoka in ways you won't find through sightseeing alone. The host runs a women-focused personal gym in Fukuoka and organizes international exchange events through fitness. The event was created with the desire to "build a place where not just athletic people, but beginners can also enjoy themselves easily." Each session brings together instructors from various fields, creating a natural space for local Fukuoka residents and international visitors to interact. Previous participants have shared feedback such as: "Even though it was my first time, I quickly became friends with everyone," "I enjoyed it even though I'm not athletic!" and "I want to participate again!"
