(Photo is an AI-generated image and does not show the actual venue.) On Sunday, October 18th, a one-day beer festival called "Mado Kampai! Onojo Beer Festival" will be held under the elevated tracks in Onojo City. Popular breweries from within the prefecture and favorite restaurants from Onojo City will set up stalls, and there will also be a children's festival corner, a celebration made for local people. Meet at Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, then take the train with your guide Miki to Kasugabaru Station, the nearest stop to the venue. Everything will be explained on the spot, from how to buy tickets, to how to choose your beer, to how to order at the food stalls. Join us as we experience Fukuoka's local Sunday, not a tourist attraction, but the real thing.
Meet your guide Miki. We'll show you how to ride the train.
We'll take the Nishitetsu train to Kasugabaru Station, the nearest stop to the venue. We'll walk from the station to the festival site.
Visit the breweries' stalls, choose your favorite beer, and enjoy. Non-drinkers can also enjoy the food stalls and festival games.
🍺 この日の中心You're welcome to stay longer at the venue (the beer festival runs until 8 p.m.). We'll also explain how to get home by train.
