Beyond the Guidebook — One Day in Kyushu, Chosen Just for You

About this experience

You probably don't know the names of the places we'll take you. They rarely appear in guidebooks. We don't decide your destination in advance. Before you depart, we'll talk with you once online. Do you prefer the sea or the mountains? Are you seeking quiet, or do you want to meet people? How adventurous do you want to be with food? After hearing from you, we'll bring three suggestions from the places we ourselves actually visit. You choose one. We'll take you to places with no signboards, no souvenir shops, no queues. A sunset from a cliff edge. An empty beach. A shrine no one's heard of. As locals, we'll design the entire day just for you—your destination, your route, where you rest, where you eat. All you need to do is show up on the day itself. You'll spend the day with two people: a guide and a photographer. The photographer has documented weddings and family milestones. We don't just capture posed photographs—we preserve the walking moments too. Travel will be by hired car (charter). If you prefer, we can introduce you to a company; you'll arrange and pay directly with them.

• Photographs are color-corrected and delivered online at a later date (approximately 100+ images within about 2 weeks).

• Dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian, halal, etc.) and walking distances will always be discussed during your planning call.

• On rainy days, we'll redesign the itinerary to match the weather.

• Guidance is primarily in English. Other languages can be discussed.
